Here, for all those who have never been there and maybe never will, the view from my caravan at the Hideaway Motor Camp over the tidal estuary at Mangawhai.

I was at work with the winter sun bright outside and the sky blue and cloudless, wishing I was here, sitting in a deckchair with a coffee and a good book and something mellow on the stereo, and this scene spread out before me.
